We are involved from the initial financial planning of a project through the preparation of the SEC required disclosure document to the sale of the debt instrument and receipt of the proceeds. We assist our clients in examining the financing options available to them and, when a financing vehicle has been selected, we tailor the terms of the financing to ensure broad investor interest. We then prepare the issue for sale in the municipal bond market. We are not investment nor commercial bankers and therefore do not underwrite municipal securities nor do we invest the proceeds of our clients' debt issuances. |
